At RICK RACK Textiles, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fabric or garment doesn't meet your expectations, you can return unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and fabrics are neatly folded.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
