Our awesome service repair person, Jerry, will be at RICK RACK on selected Saturdays once a month.
Servicing Includes:
- Cleaning of machine interior
- Oiling
- Basic Adjustments
- Replacement of minor parts (additional costs may apply)
If your machine needs further work or parts, Jerry will contact you via the phone number you provide to discuss the next step.
* Please note: Rick Rack cannot accept any machines in tables. Machines must be removed from the table before being dropped off.
How it works: Fill out the form below, pay for your servicing, drop-off by 5PM the Friday before your service date, and pick it up within a week!
Registering for more than one machine? Fill out the form, add to your cart, and then repeat the process for however many machines you need to register.
If Jerry cannot service your machine, he will contact you via the phone number you provide. RICK RACK will refund the full amount of the servicing once the item has been picked up or you have discussed the disposal of it with a RICK RACK team member.
Cancellation Policy: If you cannot make your servicing then you will need to give RICK RACK Textiles at least 48 hours notice before the servicing date in order to receive a credit or refund for the booking. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will not receive a refund or credit. You are welcome to reschedule your servicing date at any time before the date you are registered for.
