Notches, grainline, & ease, oh my! Pattern Basics will illuminate all the different parts of commercially made patterns and how to use these patterns to make clothing you love.
This class will teach you pattern vocabulary & anatomy, sizing & measuring, and simple fit changes such as lengthening or shortening - all on commercially made indie patterns!
This is a technical workshop (we are playing, not making) that will provide you with samples to take home and have as a reference - there is no sewing in this class, you will be working with paper samples and measurement charts. This is not a drafting class.
